About Us

Harbour Beach Club is a prestigious waterfront hotel and resort located on the shores of Salcombe's South Sands Beach. Our beachfront restaurant features a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce in the region. The resort's exclusive event space offers chic beachside vibes, with an outdoor-indoor flow that opens out onto the lower terrace for outside eating and drinking. Our Beach Club Spa features an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and five treatment rooms.

Our Mission

We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality while creating a vibrant and enjoyable working environment for all our team members. We strive to deliver exceptional menus within our restaurant, and we are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for confidently running your own section in the kitchen, working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months' experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
