Our beachfront restaurant features a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce in the region. We offer relaxed banquette seating and a wrap-around terrace for lunch or dinner overlooking the water.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for confidently running your own section in the kitchen, working to high standards. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
