Are you a customer-focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to clients? We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team at Opus Technology.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line responses to customer service requests via various channels, including telephone, email, web, and portal. You will also be responsible for maintaining allocated work pools, ensuring all cases are worked according to their SLAs, and proactively managing CRM tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via various channels
  • Maintain allocated work pools and ensure all cases are worked according to SLAs
  • Proactively manage CRM tickets and resolve customer issues
  • Ad-hoc cover for accepting orders/deliveries, dealing with post, and logistics controller duties
  • Provide out-of-hours support to customers within the Networks on-call schedule
