Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Opus Technology is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-line responses to customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
  • Manage allocated work pools to ensure all cases are worked according to SLA's and proactively manage CRM tickets.
  • Develop and maintain competency on all supplier portals and communication processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc cover for accepting orders/deliveries, dealing with post, and ensuring day-to-day orders are placed and parts are delivered within required timeframes.
  • Offer out-of-hours support to customers within the Networks on-call schedule.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSE grades at 'C' level or above, including Maths and English.
  • Previous employment in a customer service or coordination role.
  • PC literate with IT Microsoft Office proficiency and exposure to databases.
  • Methodical work ethic, strong conflict resolution skills, and excellent customer care skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to understand the point of view of other departments and clearly express own point of view.
  • High level of personal motivation, looking to further skills and career through In-House training.
  • Ability to multitask is vital to this role.
