Opus Technology is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line responses to customer service requests via telephone, email, web, and portal.
- Maintain allocated work pools, ensuring all cases are worked according to their SLAs and proactively manage CRM tickets.
- Ad-hoc cover for accepting orders/deliveries, dealing with post, and ensuring day-to-day orders are placed and parts are delivered within required timeframes.
- Provide out-of-hours support to our customers within the Networks on-call schedule.
- At least 5 GCSE grades at 'C' level or above, including Maths and English.
- Previous employment in a customer service or coordination role.
- IT Microsoft Office proficient, with exposure to databases preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer care skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent telephone manner.
- High level of personal motivation, looking to further skills and career through In-House training.
