Customer Experience Specialist

Opus Technology is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, web, and portal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain allocated work pools and ensure all cases are worked according to SLA's
  • Proactively manage CRM tickets and provide out-of-hours support to customers
  • Ad-hoc cover for accepting orders, dealing with post, and ensuring day-to-day orders are placed and parts are delivered within required timeframes
Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSE grades at 'C' level or above, including Maths and English
  • Previous employment in a customer service or coordination role
  • IT Microsoft Office proficiency, with exposure to databases preferred
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent customer care skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent telephone manner
  • High level of personal motivation and a desire to further skills and career through In-House training
