We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our sales team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Process project orders and quotes using our enterprise resource planning system, SAGE.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations, providing fast and accurate answers to project-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our customer service manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with our sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage our small-works pipeline, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
