Job Summary

BeBee Professionals is seeking an exceptional Mechanical Systems Service Professional to provide high-quality on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. As a valued member of our team, you will ensure that our customers' technical equipment is operating efficiently and provide outstanding customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out installations and maintenance tasks at customer locations, ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Analyze and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  3. Offer expert training and support to customers on equipment usage.
  4. Timely completion of service reports and documentation.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Superior technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Regular travel to customer sites required.
