About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Pressure System Specialist to join our team at Zachary Daniels. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of pressurised systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR) and will be able to create and implement effective NDT plans. They will also be responsible for carrying out corrosion loop inspections, reviewing piping work packs and preparing inspection reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR)
  • UKAS RG2 Category 3 qualification
  • PCN Level 2 qualifications in UT (3.1 & 3.2), MPI & DPI
  • IRATA Rope Access, L1, L2 or L3 qualification
  • ASME Level 1 Plant inspector and/or API 570 qualification

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and health insurance, is also offered.
