Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the First Line Supervisor to enhance your safety capacity using the Personal Safety Management System tools.
  • Tackle a variety of mechanical maintenance challenges with resilience, ownership, and innovative solutions.
  • Partner with the operations team to execute maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Provide input during planning phases and After Action Reviews to continuously improve processes.
  • Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to prevent recurrence.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
  • An NVQ Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent in a Mechanical trade (an HNC in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous).
  • Proven experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
