Industrial Equipment Technician

We are currently looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to work on our client's site in Fife, Scotland.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with one of the leading Oil and Gas companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance
- Participating in root cause failure analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the site team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
- Providing technical support and guidance to less experienced technicians
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any deviations from standard procedures
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical trade
- Experience working in the Petrochemical and/or Oil & Gas industry
- Proficiency in computer systems
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum.
