Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and supporting the development of on-site apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse with minimal disruption.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety policies and practices, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Support the growth and progression of on-site apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, implementing best practices across various EU sites.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
