About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their colleagues, while promoting a culture of community well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming experience for all clients and colleagues, establishing a strong front-of-house presence.
  • Create a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and community engagement among employees.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, facilities teams, and client colleagues.
  • Take ownership of all services that support colleagues within the workplace, including meeting rooms, communal areas, and facilities management.
  • Immerse yourself in the work profile of each business, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Support events and activities that bring together employees from across different teams and departments.
  • Be a promoter of workplace technology, encouraging colleagues to use online reporting and engagement tools.
  • Be the go-to person for all workplace matters, providing effective solutions and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
