About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees and visitors
  • Take ownership of all services that support employees within the workplace, including facilities management and maintenance
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and encourage interaction between employees and workplace teams
  • Understand the needs of the business and create a culture of community well-being
  • Support events and promote activities that bring together employees from across different teams
  • Immerse yourself in the work profile of each business and identify key workplace features that are critical to their success
  • Be a promoter of workplace technology and encourage employees to use online reporting of faults and requests
  • Be the go-to person for all workplace matters, answering questions and delivering effective solutions
  • Ownership of meeting rooms, including in-room technology and troubleshooting
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the workplace teams
  • Become an effective bridge point between business units, local/regional facilities management, and client end-user colleagues
  • Support orientation of new staff and aid staff visiting from other offices
  • Oversee behaviors and etiquettes in the workplace through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communications
  • Support facilities management in responding to internal workplace issues
  • Take ownership of locker management, including assignment, moves, and changes
  • Undertake headcount analysis and general observations to understand key peak periods, downtime, and broader behaviors in the workplace
