- Oversee a team of Youth Support Professionals to ensure effective group initiatives
- Design and implement programs and activities aimed at educating young individuals
- Possess a Degree in Youth and Community Development or a related field
- Have a comprehensive understanding of national policies and regulations concerning youth
- Exhibit compassion, strong listening abilities, and experience in engaging positively with young individuals
