We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our client colleagues, taking ownership of all services that support colleagues within the workplace, and building relationships with key stakeholders to encourage interaction between colleagues and workplace teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a collaborative environment amongst employees across the workplace, promoting openwork behaviours and community engagement between colleagues
  • Provide a welcoming experience for everyone, establishing a strong front of house offering
  • Get to know our client colleagues, their interests, and understand the teams and what will make a difference in their day-to-day experience
  • Support events and promote activities that bring together employees from across different teams within the business
  • Immerse yourself within the work profile of each business and identify which workplace features are most critical to their business success
  • Be a promoter of workplace technology, encouraging colleagues to use online reporting of faults/requests and engage with CRE via the workplace app
  • Be the go-to person for all workplace matters, answering questions and delivering effective solutions (utilising stakeholder network)
  • Ownership of meeting rooms, including in-room technology (triage and first-line fix), escalating where specialist technical support is required
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the workplace teams
  • Become an effective bridge point between the business units, local/regional CRE, and the client end-user colleagues
  • Be aware of any changes occurring within each business
  • Support orientation of new staff, as well as aiding staff visiting from other offices
  • Oversee the behaviours and etiquettes in the workplace through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communications with the various teams to ensure alignment to openwork principles
  • Support our Facilities Management team in responding to internal workplace issues, including at workstations, meeting rooms, communal areas, etc.
  • Take ownership for locker management, including assignment, moves, and changes, and troubleshooting
  • Undertake headcount analysis and general observations to understand key peak periods, downtime, and broader behaviours in the workplace
  • Have general care for our client colleagues, the workspace, and proactively identify/report issues and help to resolve

  • Our colleagues prioritise the health and safety of people and buildings. This includes following established safety protocols, reporting hazards/incidents, maintaining cleanliness, encouraging safe practices, and staying informed about health and safety measures. By actively adhering to these expectations and following our One Team S.A.F.E.R. together vision, we can create a secure and healthy working environment for everyone involved.
  • Report at least two good catches per year, attend the SAFER together workshop, and complete all safety trainings within the due date.
  • You are responsible for leveraging your expertise to find actionable insights from our data and translate it into action, clearly communicating the 'what', 'so what', and 'now what'. By embracing curiosity to explore data, courage to act on insights, and collaboration to communicate the change, we will ensure we meet JLL and HSBC's strategic desire for data-driven decisions.
