Leading Care Home Manager

About the Role:
As a seasoned Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in full compliance with CQC regulations. You will be expected to maintain good overall CQC ratings, develop communication links and relationships in the local community, and monitor standards of care through hands-on coaching and mentoring. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and overseeing people management in the home, including recruitment, employee relations, and leadership of the staff.
Requirements:
* Proven experience within Care Home Management (minimum of 3 years)
* Genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
* Clinical experience and full understanding of CQC regulations and compliance guidelines
* Solid understanding of the commercial side of the business
* Good overall CQC rating in the last 6 months
* Driving licence
* Active NMC pin number
