Job Description

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge? Leaders in Care is seeking a dynamic Deputy Care Home Manager to join their award-winning care home in the Kent area. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a motivated team and benefit from excellent induction training. The Deputy Home Manager will lead on clinical governance and compliance, ensuring the health and safety of all residents is assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated. They will also motivate and inspire the care team to deliver high standards of care, communicate effectively with regulatory bodies, and implement action plans for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have Registered Nurse (RGN) qualifications with an active NMC PIN, strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting with older people, proven experience of leading a team, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.
