Our Dynamic Deputy Care Home Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Deputy Care Home Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting with older people.

About the Role

The successful applicant will lead on clinical governance and compliance, ensuring the health and safety of all residents is assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated. They will motivate and inspire the care team to deliver high standards of care, communicate effectively with external teams, and implement action plans for improvement.

  • Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, plus bonus
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Ongoing career training and progression opportunities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) qualifications with an active NMC PIN
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting with older people
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work
