About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Integrated Care and Support team at Crickets Lane Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, providing support and guidance to social care practitioners, and contributing to the development of high-quality integrated services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Manager and Service Unit Manager in the organisation, management, and supervision of Adult Social Care services.
  • Contribute to overall strategic planning and management of the service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to social care practitioners, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve better outcomes for service users.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification for the job role at Level 6 or above.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the role.
  • Maintained membership of a regulated body where this is a requirement to practice in the role where applicable.
  • Professional standards practised to the highest expected level.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work use.
