Sales Account Manager FMCG

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and management of client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Identify and target potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients and the sales team.
- Work closely with clients, the Sales team, and NPD team to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
- Strong technical knowledge in nutritional and FSMP products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms that all stakeholders understand.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
