About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and management of client relationships, specifically in the FMCG industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Manage and Grow Existing Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies.
  • Provide Technical Advice and Support: Offer expert advice and support to clients and the sales team.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
