Ornua Co-operative Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in managing the Accounts Payable ledger for Ornua Foods UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily stock and non-stock invoices
  • Verify automated 3-way matching of purchase invoices
  • Raise debit notes where credits have not been received
  • Set up and amend new suppliers
  • Prepare Accounts Payable Month End reporting
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist in weekly supplier payments
  • Identify potential issues with suppliers and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
  • Practical experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor, SAP, Sage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Adaptable and flexible to change with a willingness to learn and challenge to drive continuous improvement
