Key Responsibilities:- Process daily stock and non-stock invoices
- Verify automated 3-way matching of purchase invoices
- Raise debit notes where credits have not been received
- Set up and amend new suppliers
- Prepare Accounts Payable Month End reporting
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist in weekly supplier payments
- Identify potential issues with suppliers and provide insights for improvement
- Practical experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor, SAP, Sage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Adaptable and flexible to change with a willingness to learn and challenge to drive continuous improvement
