About the Role

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and management of client relationships, specifically in the FMCG industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Manage and Grow Existing Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies.
  • Provide Technical Advice and Support: Offer expert advice and support to clients and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Product Development, and other teams to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build Long-Lasting Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical sales inquiries and issues.
  • Understand Client Requirements: Work closely with clients, the Sales team, and NPD team to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nutritional/FSMP products, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge in nutritional and FSMP products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms that all stakeholders understand.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed.
