Non-Profit Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Profit Assistant Manager to join our team at Moore Kingston Smith. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our Non-Profit clients, including charities, schools, and membership bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, including Non-Profit organisations, and deliver high-quality audit services to agreed deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including attending board and subcommittee meetings, and participating in tender activity.
- Lead and motivate a team of junior staff, providing timely and constructive feedback, and supporting their development and progress.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including account development and pitches.
- Contribute to the overall growth and management of Moore Kingston Smith, including participating in practice development initiatives.
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or internationally recognised chartered accounting qualification.
- Minimum 2 years PQE, with experience of running own portfolio and managing a team.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards, and experience of using ProAudit and CCH.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage others.
- Professional attitude and manner, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and taking full ownership of workload and projects.
