Non-Profit Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Audit team at Moore Kingston Smith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Non-Profit sector, delivering high-quality audit services and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients in the Non-Profit sector, including charities, schools, and membership bodies.
- Deliver high-quality audit services, including job planning, budgeting, and time management.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Audit team, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or internationally recognized chartered accounting qualification.
- 1-2 years PQE in audit, with experience of running own portfolio.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and encourage others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
