Non-Profit Audit Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Moore Kingston Smith. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the non-profit sector, delivering high-quality audit services and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of non-profit clients, including charities, schools, and membership bodies
- Deliver high-quality audit services, including job planning, budgeting, and time management
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, HMRC, and other professional advisors
- Contribute to the growth and development of our practice, identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or internationally recognized chartered accounting qualification
- 1-2 years PQE, with experience of running own portfolio
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to use own initiative, motivate and encourage others, and contribute to the development of our practice
