About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Luxury Stores team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our luxury fashion and beauty brands on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Focus on resale and fashion, negotiating signings, executing EU5 launches, and delivering on brand success metrics.
  • Amazon Consultant & Growth Strategist: Serve as the first point of contact for a select group of large, strategic brands, understanding their business goals, and executing end-to-end onboarding.
  • Post-Launch Account Management: Provide comprehensive support around catalog creation, store merchandising, reporting, and overall business performance.
  • Customer Advocate: Develop a high bar for the Luxury Stores at Amazon site experience through data quality checks and overseeing brand store merchandising.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Cross-functional experience, especially finance, buying, marketing, or supply chain
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus
  • Prior experience at Amazon in a retail or 3P Seller-facing role
  • Prior experience at Amazon managing cross-functional projects
  • Luxury Fashion/Beauty experience is a plus, but not required
