About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brand Strategist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As Absolute Luxury Business Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the North Europe strategy for a portfolio of highly differentiated luxury eyewear brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business and marketing strategy for the wholesale North Europe region, aligning with global brand guidelines.
  • Manage a 1.7m€ marketing budget and oversee the invoicing process.
  • Lead B2B communication strategy across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute training plans.
  • Conduct market and competition analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in brand or category management within luxury.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on marketing and sales.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands and market trends.
