About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Luxury Brand Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Brand Management team, you will be responsible for driving the acceleration of brand growth, retention of key relationships, and promotion of luxury brand needs within Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Focus on Resale and Fashion, negotiating signings, executing EU5 launches, and delivering on Brand success metrics.
  • Amazon Consultant & Growth Strategist: Serve as the first point of contact for an intimate group of large, strategic brands, understanding their business goals, end-to-end onboarding execution, and seeking out opportunities to inform a long-term strategy to help brands achieve their goals.
  • Customer Advocate: Develop a high bar for the Luxury Stores at Amazon site experience through data quality checks and overseeing brand store merchandising.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and cross-category teams to drive multi-system process changes.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-functional experience, especially finance, buying, marketing, or supply chain.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus.
  • Prior experience at Amazon in a retail or 3P Seller-facing role.
  • Prior experience at Amazon managing cross-functional projects.
  • Luxury Fashion/Beauty experience is a plus, but not required.
