We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jobshop UK Limited. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, with a focus on working with the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including minute taking, scrutinising referrals, and uploading relevant case records to the system.
- Electronic Record Management: Set up and maintain electronic records, and accurately log patient details onto the system.
- Legislation and Compliance: Deal with legislation documents and be the first point of contact for the team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, including statistical reports, and arrange appointments with relevant teams.
- System Management: Set up and maintain systems, and ensure accurate and secure data management.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on working with the NHS or dealing with DOLS.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including all applications, and able to work with electronic records and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Ability to deal with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
Working Arrangements:
This is a 3-month interim position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements.
