Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Manager - High-End Hotel Construction to lead our high-end hotel construction projects in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel builds, modern construction methods, and strong leadership skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Supporting capital planning decision-making processes
  • Delivering pitches and designs to clients
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure project success
  • Delivering technical specification documents to meet project requirements
  • Leading development teams to achieve project goals
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to maintain project momentum
  • Managing new development stages to ensure timely completion
  • Taking ownership of project completion and ensuring it meets client expectations
  • Delivering project scopes and schedules to stakeholders
  • Mitigating risks and facilitating decision-making processes
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure project excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management or a related field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
  • The ability to live and work in the UK without restriction
