Customer Experience Support Specialist

As a key member of the Pick for Britain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include investigating customer queries, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Authorise and investigate transactions within agreed KPIs
- Gather essential information from customers and businesses to resolve queries efficiently
- Analyse processes to enhance the customer and business experience
Required skills: excellent customer service abilities, thorough knowledge of products and services, strong organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure.
- Awareness of industry trends and regulations
- In-depth understanding of banking systems and processes
- Ability to interpret complex information and provide insightful analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location)
