  • Gather essential information from customers and businesses to resolve queries efficiently
  • Analyse processes to enhance the customer and business experience

Required skills: excellent customer service abilities, thorough knowledge of products and services, strong organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure.

  • Awareness of industry trends and regulations
  • In-depth understanding of banking systems and processes
  • Ability to interpret complex information and provide insightful analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on location)
