We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administrative Financial Coordinator to join our team in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, liaising with clients, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial activities
- Liaise with clients and respond to their queries
- Prepare and send customer quotes and invoices
- Book appointments and installations
- Process payroll records and maintain employee data
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance and administration
- Strong technical skills in accounting software
