Job Description

Cambian Wing College, a leading provider of specialist further education and residential care, seeks an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to support its financial management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Petty Cash Management: Maintain accurate records of money in and out, conduct weekly cash reconciliations, and ensure payment card reconciliation.
  • Payroll Administration: Process timesheets on the 10th and 25th of each month, manage payroll end processes for salaried and hourly staff, and coordinate deadlines for overtime and hourly timesheets.
  • ITrent Support: Provide updates to ITrent as required, cross-check head count reports, and handle absence reporting and checking.
  • Reception Support: Offer third-line telephone support for reception and cover shifts as needed to maintain office staffing ratios.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with petty cash management and payroll administration.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
