Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Architectural Division in an EMEA Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling finishing products into high profile clients and providing a consultative, technical sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive sales growth in the architectural finishes market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering for large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales leadership in the architectural finishes market
  • Strong understanding of the architectural finishes market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
