Key Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen team, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard, meeting food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, including inventory management and waste reduction
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our residents
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, safety, and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners
