We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen team, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Prepare and cook meals to meet the dietary requirements of our residents
- Monitor stock levels and waste, ensuring that the kitchen operates within budget
- Carry out risk assessments and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
