Executive Chef Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at Kintyre House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary requirements of our residents
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy, operating within budget
- Carry out risk assessments and implement safety protocols
Requirements:
- Experience of catering for older people and a valid food hygiene certificate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
