Trainer Assessor

STERIS is seeking a highly skilled Trainer Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for staff in sterile services, including decontamination and reprocessing procedures.
- Assess staff competence in sterile services and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Collaborate with unit management to identify training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs.
- Monitor and review progress of individual employees and report routinely to RTM and unit management.
- Ensure a safe and healthy training environment by following STERIS and other standards.
- Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sterile services is essential.
- Previous experience of training, mentoring, or coaching employees.
- Excellent practical skills in sterile services - reprocessing.
- Sound understanding of SOPs and QMS systems.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver training schedules.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of employees and adjust training according to needs.
