Job Title: Trainer Assessor

STERIS is seeking a highly skilled Trainer Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff in sterile services, including decontamination and sterilization procedures.
  • Assess the knowledge and skills of staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sterile services is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
