Trainer Assessor

STERIS is seeking a highly skilled Trainer Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for staff in sterile services, including decontamination and reprocessing procedures.
- Assess the knowledge and skills of staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sterile services, including decontamination and reprocessing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
