Early Years Apprenticeship Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice in our Brinds Well Day Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment
* Plan and implement activities to enhance children's development and learning
* Interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure individual needs are met
* Adhere to nursery routines and policies, seeking guidance as needed
* Manage time effectively to meet coursework deadlines

**What You'll Gain**

* A Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Workforce (Early Years Practitioner) or equivalent qualification
* Level 2 functional skills qualifications in maths and English, if required
* Paediatric first aid qualification
* A permanent contract as a qualified Nursery Nurse upon completion

**Our Offer**

* A full-time role (37.5 hours/week) working with children under 5
* A varied shift pattern, usually between 07:15am-18:30pm Monday-Friday
* 'Off the job' learning time within your working week
* A dedicated childcare trainer/assessor
* 11 group training sessions with other apprentices

**Requirements**

* Documentation to evidence your right to work in the UK
* Photographic ID (passport or driving licence)

* Access to a computer for online assessment and coursework submission
* Comfortable with travelling to group training sessions in Newport Pagnell
