Business Development Manager

With over two decades of success as a top-tier designer and manufacturer of emergency lighting, luminaires, LED lamps, and bespoke lighting solutions in the UK, our company offers unparalleled expertise and a commitment to excellence.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the electrical wholesale market. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue growth in Hampshire, South Berkshire, and surrounding areas, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, brand franchisees, and distributors
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on our range of lighting solutions
- Collaborating with project colleagues to generate leads and drive project specification
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electrical wholesale market
We expect our ideal candidate to possess a deep understanding of the electrical wholesale market, a strong network of contacts, and a proven track record of sales success. A full UK driving license is also essential for this role.
With a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, we offer an attractive compensation package that reflects your value to our team.
