Job Title: Interim Managing Director

As a seasoned executive, you will take on a pivotal role in driving the next stages of our business, leveraging your expertise to set a clear strategy and lead key initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Strategies: Create high-quality business strategies and growth plans, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead Senior Management Team: Motivate and lead the Senior Management Team to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
  • Oversee Operations: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Review and Improve: Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
  • Cultural Development: Foster a positive company culture.
