About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our Internal Sales team in SMB. As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Internal Sales Executives (ISEs) to drive key performance targets, increase revenue, and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop ISEs to achieve results and grow accounts
  • Provide objectives, financial targets, and development plans to the team
  • Work with ISEs to prepare and review account action plans
  • Ensure effective organisation of the team and use of tools to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
  • Create a motivational climate within the team through coaching, training, recognition, and driving sales activity

Requirements
  • Sales leadership experience is essential
  • Proven track record of running sales teams and achieving results is essential
  • Mentoring and coaching experience is desirable
  • Change management experience is desirable
  • Sales process and system understanding
