Job Summary

The Commercial Manager role at CSA Group is a key position that requires a strong leader to manage a regional customer care team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and accountability to achieve set commercial targets through existing account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the regional Customer Care Specialists on an ongoing basis.
  • Motivate and promote cross-selling and superior customer service.
  • Regularly act as a decision-maker to effectively dispose of customer issues and complaints.
  • Hire, train, and develop regional Customer Care Specialists to ensure Commercial objectives/targets are met.
  • Enable strong communication, regular product knowledge, and corporate goals and vision.
  • Contribute to strategic direction through the development of an understanding of our customers' business environment.
  • Execute promotional/Notices/IFR Findings campaigns.
  • Participate in and lead special projects as required, and make recommendations to improve processes and follow up to ensure goals are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of Sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieving targets.
Skills
  • Organized and independent.
  • Proven ability of confidentiality in previous positions.
  • Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database applications.
