Commercial Director

Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our regional sales team in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a regional sales team, providing guidance, accountability, and training to ensure success.
- Monitor and manage regional sales travel and expenditures, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Contribute to strategic direction through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, and assemble strategic insights into presentation materials and call planning.
- Participate in the development of CSA Group's global business strategies and influence execution of that strategy.
- Provide input for regional investment, M&A, marketing, and pricing strategies for the region.
- Responsible for development and management of key trade association and government agency relationships.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in technical and/or business fields, preferably with an Engineering Degree and an MBA.
- Six or more years of strategic leadership experience in a global or regional role, preferably in a product group or technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in matrix and team environments.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and lead multiple stakeholders.
- Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written and spoken English.
