Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our regional sales team in the Energy Storage/Energy & Power sector. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, budgets, and goals to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and goals to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve set commercial targets through account growth.
- Provide guidance and accountability to team members to ensure they meet their sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of CSA Group's global business strategies and influence execution of that strategy.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a technical and/or business field.
- 6+ years of strategic leadership experience in a global or regional role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
