Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Secretary to join our Private Client team at Oculus Legal Group. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to a team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the diaries of the Private Client team, including appointment and meeting room bookings.
  • Administer files, including anti-money laundering compliance and file closures.
  • Perform secretarial duties, including digital dictation and typing.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role, preferably in a Private Client setting.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in digital dictation software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of systems and procedure use and compliance.
